Tea: Tea is a great natural homemade remedy for various health issues and it does magic with sunburns. Prepare herbal or black tea, cool it, and use a soft cloth to apply it on your sunburns. You will be amazed to the results on ease of your pain.
Drink plenty of fluids: Intake of water is necessary to keep your body hydrated, and to replace the water lost by the sunburn. So, drink lot of water.
Apply cold water or ice: Soak cloth with cold water or wrap cloth around ice and apply over the affected area to get relief from sunburn pain.

Milk remedy: Milk is one of the known food remedy for sunburn. The milk fat acts as a moisturizer and calms the skin. Applying cotton or gauge dipped in milk to the burned area will provide relief.
Cucumber: Cucumber not only provides fresh fragrance but also sooths skin during sunburn. Slice the cucumber and put it on affected area. You can also squeeze some cucumber juice and rub it on affected area.
Aloe Vera: If you can get natural aloe vera leaf, put it on the burn and cover the plant with medical tape or bandage. This is one of the best remedy to tackle notorious sun burns.
Lemon juice: Squeeze a few lemons into cold water and apply to your skin. It will disinfect the skin and help faster recovery from mild sunburn.
Oatmeal: Add 2 cups of oatmeal in a bath water. Soak yourself in the prepared water for about 30 minutes.
