It gives me immense pleasure to post this video today. The video confers a very sweet and educational message on health awareness which is approved by a 3rd grade student Deeksha Mittal. Deeksha is not only a brilliant student; she also enjoys reaching out to community. She has been volunteering for various Associations such as American Heart Association by selling cookies and collecting donations. She emphasizes that lack of health awareness is the biggest cause for all the diseases in the world. Therefore, increasing knowledge about health and making a change in lifestyle is the first step and is an important one to build a healthy nation.
She would like to spread this message to kids of her age, teenagers, youth and most importantly parents.
